Gail McKay
Gail McKay is a Teaching Artist who infuses her two major art forms, Puppetry and Sign Language/Creative Movement, into a variety of programs to teach literacy and other curricular subjects. She has a Master's Degree in Education, is a Certified Teacher of the Deaf, is a Storyteller/Puppeteer and Sign Language Artist, and has been performing and teaching for over 20 years. Her Staff Development workshops, The Art of Signing and Using Puppets to Teach Curriculum, are qualified by the North Carolina Division of Child Development for Teaching Certification Credit.
